In flavor, we see the nuttiness really come out with nice chocolate character and a nice slight herbal character that balances the cup well. There is a low-level ripe fruit character in the background that's very pleasant. This coffee is very clean and has a nice medium brightness/acidity with a medium- body. Very balanced.
